The weaker evidence is grip: the European label rates it C for wet grip on 15 of the 18 labelled sizes and D on the other 3, and the owners who have rated it on Tyre Reviews score wet grip lowest of everything they score. It has never been in a magazine comparison test that we can find. It is also not a sporty tyre despite the HP in the name: owners describe the steering as soft, and the tread is built to wear slowly, not to bite.
