Three things that get you a straight answer first time
Most back and forth happens because a message is missing one detail. If you have these to hand, put them in and we can usually answer properly on the first reply instead of asking a question back.
- Your tyre size, the string on the sidewall like 225/65R17. If you cannot find it, the find your size guide shows exactly where to look, or send a photo of the sidewall.
- Your vehicle, year and model. It settles load ratings, staggered setups and what actually fits.
- What the tyres are for, town running, towing, gravel, kilometres a year. It is the difference between a fair recommendation and an expensive one.
Chasing an order instead? The order number alone is enough.

Tyre Dispatch is the trading name of Traction Tyres Limited, a New Zealand registered company (NZBN 9429033075297) trading since 2007 and selling in trade. We are 100% New Zealand owned, based in the Bay of Plenty, GST registered, and we sell nationwide online as well as over the counter in Te Puke.
Everything we sell is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act and the manufacturer's warranty. If something is not right, the refund policy sets out where you stand, and the satisfaction guarantee is our own promise on top of it.
