At Tyre Dispatch, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully to ensure that you understand your rights and our obligations to you.
If you wish to return your tyres, please contact us for further assistance. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and include all original documentation. We reserve the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee if the tyres are not in their original condition.
As soon as we receive the returned tyres and have inspected their condition, we will process your refund. Please note that we will refund the original order amount minus any shipping fees if applicable. If the return is due to an error on our behalf, you will receive a full refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged tyres, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with a full refund. Please note that all damage claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If you change your mind or select the wrong size, we can still offer you a refund minus any shipping fees if applicable.
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. All our orders go out each weekday between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. We will aim to cancel and refund your order before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we will aim to cancel the delivery and refund you completely, but if the order has already been processed at the depot, we may have to deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
