At Tyre Dispatch, your satisfaction is our priority. We believe in fairness, flexibility, and doing right by our customers. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help — even if it means going the extra mile.
🔄 Returns – Change of Mind or Wrong Size
We understand that selecting the correct tyre size can be tricky. If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help you exchange it. You can return unused tyres up to 12 months after purchase, as long as they are:

Unused and unmounted

In original condition and packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
If you’ve driven on the tyres (under 1,000 km) and change your mind, we’ll handle this on a case-by-case basis — our goal is to keep you happy.
✅ Exchanges & Replacements

If we sent the wrong size: We’ll cover return shipping and replace them or refund you — your choice.

If you selected the wrong size: We’ll help exchange them. In most cases, we’ll even cover return and replacement shipping, unless delivery costs are unusually high — in which case we may request a partial contribution.

If the new tyre costs more/less: You’ll simply pay or receive the price difference.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive the returned tyres and confirm their condition, we’ll process your refund within 24 to 48 hours, typically back to your original payment method.

Refunds do not include delivery costs (e.g., for rural/South Island shipping) unless the return is due to our error or the order hadn’t shipped.

We do not charge restocking fees.
🚚 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time, even after dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we’ll work with you to arrange return and refund options. We aim to make cancellations as easy and cost-free as possible.
📸 Damaged or Faulty Tyres
If you receive a damaged tyre or experience a fault:

Contact us immediately

Send us photos if possible so we can assess and prevent future issues

We may arrange return and inspection

Once confirmed, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement, including any delivery fees
