Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No worries. Return the tyres unmounted and in original condition. Once inspected, we'll issue a refund (freight costs may apply). We get it — sometimes things don't work out.
Damaged on Arrival
All our tyres are brand new. If yours arrive damaged, contact us immediately — we'll arrange a full refund or replacement. No questions asked.
Wrong Tyres Sent
If we made the mistake, you get a full refund including all freight costs. Our fault, our problem. Simple.
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel? Let us know ASAP. If it hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund immediately. If it has, we'll do our best to intercept it and sort a refund.
