2. Products & Orders

We sell tyres and related products through our online store. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and sizing information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website is error-free. If you receive a product that does not match its description, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply.

Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you've placed an order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or a full refund. We will not ship a substitute product without your agreement.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders if we identify pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. We may also limit quantities per order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price confirmed at checkout is the price you will pay.

Pricing Errors

If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery

We deliver tyres throughout New Zealand. Delivery to urban North Island addresses is free. Rural and South Island deliveries incur flat-rate per-tyre fees. Full details including delivery timeframes, same-day local delivery areas, courier partners, and click-and-collect options are set out in our delivery terms page.

Key points:

• Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are dispatched the same business day.
• Same-day local delivery to Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, Welcome Bay, and Te Puke is available for orders placed before 10am on weekdays.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, or public holidays.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address you provided at checkout.

If your tyres arrive damaged, contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

5. Fitting & Balancing Services

We offer professional tyre fitting and wheel balancing at our workshop at 31 Station Road, Te Puke. Appointments are required and can be booked via our online booking system or by phone.

Service Pricing

• Fitting only: $15–$20 per tyre depending on size
• Fitting and balancing: $35 per tyre (larger 4WD and commercial sizes may be $40)

Pricing is the same regardless of where you purchased your tyres.

What's Included

Fitting and balancing includes tyre removal, precision mounting, computer-assisted wheel balancing, new valve installation, safety inspection, and responsible disposal of old tyres through the Tyrewise stewardship programme.

Workmanship Guarantee

All fitting and balancing is backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If you experience vibrations or balance issues within that period, return to our workshop and we will re-balance free of charge.

Cancellations

There are no cancellation or rescheduling fees. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your time slot to other customers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund policy is set out in full on our refund policy page. Key points:

• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products: We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
• Change of mind: Returns for change of mind may be accepted if the tyres are unfitted, unused, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Fitted tyres: Tyres that have been fitted to a vehicle cannot be returned for change of mind.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We also offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee — if something isn't right, we'll work with you to resolve it.

7. New Zealand Consumer Guarantees

Under the CGA, products we sell must:

• Be of acceptable quality — safe, durable, free from defects, and acceptable in appearance and finish
• Be fit for their intended purpose
• Match their description on our website
• Be delivered within a reasonable timeframe

Under the CGA, services we provide (including fitting and balancing) must:

• Be carried out with reasonable care and skill
• Be fit for the purpose communicated to us
• Be completed within a reasonable time (or by a specified date if agreed)

If a product or service fails to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature and significance of the fault. For major failures, you can choose between a refund, replacement, or compensation. For minor failures, we may choose to repair the product.

Some tools use data from third-party sources including weather services, road condition databases, and vehicle specification databases. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data and do not guarantee that third-party services will be available at all times.
