Tyre Dispatch Fitting and Balancing Terms and Conditions

At Tyre Dispatch, we are ready to assist you with fitting and balancing your tyres. It's easy to get started:

Convenient Location: Our services are available at 31 Station Road, Te Puke.
Service Hours: We offer fitting and balancing services from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
Pricing: Our standard pricing for fitting, balancing, and disposal of old tyres is $35 per tyre. Some larger sizes may be $40 per tyre. If you prefer to take your old tyres with you, the price is reduced to $30 per tyre or $35 for larger sizes.

1. General Terms

1.1. These Fitting and Balancing Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between Tyre Dispatch (hereinafter referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Customer") who purchases and/or schedules fitting and balancing services.

1.2. By scheduling and receiving fitting and balancing services from Tyre Dispatch, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please carefully read and understand these Terms before scheduling any services with us.

2. Fitting and Balancing Services

2.1. We provide fitting and balancing services for vehicle tyres between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday.

2.2. To ensure availability and to secure your fitting and balancing appointment, customers must book in advance. We have limited slots available, and scheduling in advance allows us to serve you better.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment for fitting and balancing services is due at the time the service is rendered. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified by Tyre Dispatch.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is available for the scheduled appointment.

4.2. Customers must provide accurate information regarding the tyres they wish to have fitted and balanced, including the size, quantity, and any specific instructions.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your fitting and balancing appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. A cancellation fee may apply if the appointment is canceled within a specified period.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. We provide our fitting and balancing services with the utmost care and professionalism. We warrant our services to be free from defects in workmanship. If you experience any issues with the services provided, please contact us immediately.

6.2. Tyre Dispatch is not liable for any damages to the customer's vehicle that may occur during the fitting and balancing process unless the damage is a direct result of negligence on our part.

6.3. Tyre Dispatch offers a manufacturer warranty for the new tyres that we personally sell. Please refer to the specific warranty terms and conditions for these tyres, as they may vary by brand and model. We are not responsible for any issues related to the tyres themselves, such as defects or manufacturing faults, beyond the coverage of the manufacturer warranty. Tyres are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. Tyre Dispatch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on our website, and it is the customer's responsibility to review them periodically.
