- The Predator Comptrax H/T is an all-season highway terrain tyre for the way most New Zealand utes and SUVs are actually used: sealed roads most of the time, a loaded tray or a boat or caravan on the back at the weekend, and the odd long trip. It is built for vehicles like the Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi Triton, Isuzu D-Max, Toyota Prado and Ford Everest, and is sold in New Zealand exclusively through Tyre Dispatch.
- The Comptrax H/T is tuned for quiet, long-wearing highway running rather than off-road looks. A variable-pitch tread pattern keeps road noise down on the centre ribs, a low-rolling-resistance compound promotes even wear and long tread life, and reinforced construction lifts load capacity for towing and carrying without turning the ride harsh. Wide grooves and waved shoulder sipes channel water off the contact patch for confident wet braking and hydroplaning resistance. Most fitments carry a UTQG treadwear rating of 600 with A-rated traction, so the mileage claim is backed by the spec sheet. Popular sizes include 235/70R16, 265/70R16, 235/65R17 and 265/60R18, with light-truck (LT) options for heavier loads.
