Returns / Cancellation

Return Process: If you need to return your tyres, please contact us first. Once returned and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (less any applicable freight costs).

Damaged Tyres: Although all our tyres are brand new, if any arrive damaged, contact us immediately for a full refund.

Incorrect Orders: If we’re at fault, you’ll receive a full refund. For returns due to incorrect sizing or a change of mind, we’ll offer a refund, but shipping costs may apply.

Order Cancellation: Please inform us promptly if you need to cancel. We’ll cancel and refund if the order hasn’t been dispatched; if it has, we’ll try our best to cancel the delivery and refund.
